You’ll receive a call from us 1 day prior to your delivery date to plan your 4-hour delivery window.
If we’re late
If our drivers are running late, our dispatcher will call you to let you know. You’ll have the option of rescheduling the delivery for another day at no cost to you, or of cancelling the order with a full refund, including the delivery fee.
If you’re late, or not home
If you’re not home we’ll take the merchandise back and you’ll have the option of rescheduling the delivery with a new delivery fee added, or of cancelling the order for a full refund less the delivery fee.
Damaged merchandise? Don’t panic.
You have several options. You can refuse the merchandise for a full refund (including the delivery fee) or for an exchange of a new mattress delivered to you on the next available delivery day at no cost. You can also accept the merchandise (noting the damage on our driver’s delivery ticket) and then make arrangements with us to exchange it as soon as possible, at no charge.
In the extremely rare event that you’re delivered the wrong size bed and you’re in need of a bed that evening, simply accept the bed knowing we will exchange it for the correct size as soon as possible and at no cost to you. You can use that bed as your own until the exchange is made. The bed you used will be donated to charity, since the seal has been broken.
Things to remember
We can’t measure for you. Please measure ahead of time and make sure the product you ordered will fit through all doors, rooms, and hallways to make the delivery. If your mattress and/or foundation cannot fit into the room they were intended for, they will be returned to our facility and you’ll be fully refunded less the delivery fee. Be sure there is an adult, 18 or older, on the premises at the time of your delivery.
